Q: Does New Zealand have spiders like the ones infamously found in Australia (AKA the spiders that are super giant and scare the shit out of me)?
A:
Our most ‘deadliest’ spider is the whitetail. It’s not very big and if it bites you, you may get some swelling. That’s it. I’m fairly sure that’s the only spider we have worth watching out for.
Our spiders are small and harmless compared to the beasts in Australia.Come to New Zealand - /our/ animals won’t kill you! 8D
